Lola Kola: developing mHealth for mental health in west Africa

Lola Kola, a collaborator with the BRiTE Center and a mentee of Dror Ben-Zeev, PhD, has led the design and development of a mobile phone app for the self-management of perinatal depression in adolescent mothers. Her passion is global mental health research that uses technology to support the delivery of psychological interventions delivered by trained lay health-care workers.
