Grand Rounds

The Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Grand Rounds Series includes webinar presentations on updates in clinical practice, research, and education, open to those within UW Medicine and to the general public, at no charge. 

Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences faculty and faculty from other departments and institutions present in this series, which occurs most Fridays from 12-1 PM PST between mid-September and mid-June.

The 2023-2024 academic year series is funded by the Herbert S. Ripley Lectureship, the Garvey Institute for Brain Health Solutions, and the Treatment of Mood Disorders Fund. Specific lectures are funded by various Department Centers or programs.

Presentations from this series, and from prior years, are housed in our Grand Rounds Archive.

Grand Rounds Core Team

Many of our faculty are also involved in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Grand Rounds hosted by Seattle Children’s which take place the first Friday of each month October through June.
