Ginger study finds virtual mental health services are crucial to help address rising anxiety rates

A new study published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research indicates that on-demand mental healthcare that includes virtual services can be effective in reducing the symptoms of anxiety. Patricia Arean, PhD, is an author on the study funded by Ginger, a company that delivers evidence-based behavioral health coaching, therapy and psychiatry from a smartphone.
