The Psychiatry Residency Training Program directed by Jacqueline Hobbs, MD, PhD, had another successful Match this year. More than 60 faculty members and residents reviewed over 1,400 applications and conducted more than 150 interviews. We couldn’t have done this without you and we are extremely grateful to everyone for your contributions to recruiting this outstanding residency class of 2029. Take a look at our next cohort of residents joining our Seattle track and research track this summer.


New Department Research Council launching in 2025

These highly skilled professionals provide essential mental health care across a variety of healthcare settings. A devastating blow to the program came when the federal government abruptly announced a funding cut with just one week's notice, an announcement that coincided with the national match service deadline.
