In February, Deb Cowley, MD became Vice Chair of Education after many years of service as Residency Director. In addition to focusing her energy and enthusiasm on our education programs, Deb has also developed an outstanding junior faculty mentorship program and has recently been named Vice Chair for Faculty Development. Working with staff member Jane Corkery-Hahn, Deb has ensured that all junior faculty have been assigned a faculty mentor and begun the process of establishing an Individual Development Plan.
