We’re excited to announce that Dana Dieringer, MD and Monica Strope, MD have both been chosen to join UW School of Medicine’s 2026-2027 Rising Leaders cohort!
 
The UW School of Medicine Rising Leaders course is designed to bring practical leadership skills to faculty who are new to leadership or aspiring to new leadership roles, as well as help build connections and community across our system. This 10-month, in-person course begins in September and covers topics including principles of adaptive leadership, time management, managing conflict, and more. Congratulations to Dana and Monica for being chosen from a large and competitive pool of applicants.
