More than ninety clinical faculty and alumni gathered at the Seattle Yacht Club in April for a fun-filled continuing education event. The program focused on ethical issues in mental health care. Mark Sullivan, MD, and clinical faculty member and alum Jed Myers, MD, led a discussion about informed consent for psychotherapy, and clinical faculty member and alum Sara Smucker Barnwell, PhD, presented about ethical issues in technology use in clinical practice, from the telephone to social media. It was an interactive, informative, and enjoyable evening and it was great to see so many of our clinical faculty and alumni!
