Alix Rose, PhD

Alix is a clinical psychologist and an acting assistant professor in the UW Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She earned her PhD from the University of Maryland in 2024 and then completed a two year fellowship at UW.  Prior to completing clinical psychology and postdoctoral training she worked in mental health project implementation at the international medical organization Partners in Health. Her research focuses on extension of evidence-based psychological interventions to non-specialist providers and developing and testing strategies to address associated implementation challenges. She provides outpatient psychology services in several UW clinics.
