Types of Complaints / Topics Addressed

The Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Council and Staff Committee can provide navigation resources for individuals (if you are struggling with what your options for reporting an issue are) and can work to advocate for change with more systemic issues within the department. There is ‘no wrong door’ so it does not matter if you reach out to either the Council or the Staff Committee; if something falls out of their respective jurisdiction, they can pass the issue along as needed.
