After nearly two years of outstanding service in an interim role, Ray Hsiao, MD has formally been named the department’s Director of the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Hsiao will also serve as Chief of Psychiatry at Seattle Children’s Hospital and lead the hospital’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine program.
In this role as Division Director, Dr. Hsiao will oversee and support faculty in the department’s Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and provide oversight of clinical services for children and adolescents provided by department faculty, which includes faculty practicing in the Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine program at Seattle Children’s and at several community-based sites such as Echo Glenn and the Child Study and Treatment Center (CSTC) at Western State Hospital.
