Process

What information you need to submit, what happens after

You can begin the process of connecting with a Bias Navigator by completing their intake form. Someone will reach out to follow up based on your desired outcome. You may want to have a conversation about what occurred, explore options to address or respond to the event, or seek coaching on how to handle similar situations in the future. The DEI manager will contact the reporter after matching them with the appropriate navigator. Navigators can offer a safe space to express concerns, help navigate available resources and options and provide coaching for conflict resolution.
