Over one hundred faculty and trainees attended the 2nd Annual Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Research Retreat this month at the Intellectual House on upper campus. The theme of the retreat was research training and mentorship and included engaging discussions of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in those areas. Attendees also participated in a poster session and participated in evaluating 15 proposals for research pilot funding. Look for more information about the retreat in a special issue of our November monthly newsletter focused on research.
