A new Northwest Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Center will increase the expertise of primary-care providers, trainees and others in caring for older adults. Michael Vitiello, PhD, will co-direct the Center with Elizabeth Phelan, MD, MS, UW associate professor of medicine.
